BookMySunbed is a licence that gives you full access to the system. Every licence includes key features on the platform, such as:

Payment handling (optional)
If you wish to take payments for any bookings through BookMySunbed, we can manage the collection and processing together with Stripe. We handle all payments and processing with a simple flat fee, which can be passed on to guests so you retain 100% of your set pricing. This fee already includes all Stripe charges.
Using this feature is completely optional and fee only applies if you want us to handle payments for your sunbeds and packages.

Account setup service (optional)
Our system is simple to set up and start using. If you would like help getting your account ready, we offer an optional setup service. Our team can create your floor plan, add your beds and pricing and assign your layouts to the calendar for you.
This optional service does not include full system training or Stripe merchant setup.

Venues receive full access to all features included in BookMySunbed through their annual licence, from sunbed management tools to customer-facing online booking links.
We also continuously introduce new features and updates, all included at no extra cost.

We offer a 30-day free trial, giving you the chance to explore BookMySunbed before committing. You can start your free trial here.

Our contracts run for 12 months, providing full access to the entire system. We offer annual plans only, ensuring venues can access reporting and data at any time, including during off-season periods.

There are no hidden fees, everything is clearly outlined in the pricing above. The licence fee is required, with optional setup and payment processing fees if you choose to manage payments through BookMySunbed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the BookMySunbed dashboard. After cancelling, you’ll continue to have access to the system until your renewal date, at which point your access will be deactivated.

There’s no limit to the number of users on BookMySunbed. Simply invite team members from the dashboard, and they’ll receive an email with their login details to get started.

All licence payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment provider. Billing is annual, with subscriptions renewing automatically every 12 months.

We don’t offer refunds or a money-back guarantee, as we provide a generous 30-day free trial so you can fully explore the system and make sure it suits your venue before committing.

All BookMySunbed licences include email support. Our inbox is regularly monitored, and you can raise a support ticket directly from the dashboard or by contacting us at support@bookmysunbed.com

As outlined in our pricing, we offer an optional setup fee if you’d like our team to create your account for you. This includes configuring layouts, items, calendar assignments, and system settings.
Please note, this does not include system training or payment setup with Stripe.
