  • If you choose our account setup service, our team will configure your layouts, schedules, items and email settings for you within 7 working days. If you prefer to onboard yourself, the setup timeline depends entirely on how quickly you complete the configuration.

  • We provide support via email only, which enables us to manage enquiries efficiently across different time zones. Our support mailbox is monitored by our team to ensure fast, clear and comprehensive responses to all enquiries.
